Our Story
JADE is the result of Jesus Somarriba’s deep knowledge and extensive experience, known among friends and business associates as “Pony”. Since 1999, “Pony” has developed numerous commercial and residential projects in his native country before expanding his career in the United States.
In 2013, Somarriba made the decision to strike out on his own, initiating a series of notable projects under his own direction. One of the initial milestones was the successful renovation of a historic 34-story building in Baltimore. Since then, Somarriba and his team have continued to excel in the restoration and remodeling of over a dozen historic buildings, working closely with various property owners.
With over 30 years of experience, Somarriba has developed a comprehensive specialization in all aspects of construction.
